Assessment loads the tendon to reproduce and grade your pain, then places you on the tendon continuum. Wrist Pain

Your wrist links eight carpal bones, two forearm bones, tendons, ligaments and nerves. We treat sprains, scaphoid and other fractures, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, De Quervain’s tenosynovitis, TFCC injuries, arthritis and repetitive strain. Your therapist checks tenderness, swelling, range of motion and grip strength, then reproduces the painful movements. Running Injuries

Most running injuries build over weeks of repeated stress, not one bad step. Training load errors, tight calves, weak hips and limited ankle mobility usually sit underneath. We treat runner’s knee, Achilles tendinopathy, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome, hamstring strains and stress fractures. Care starts with gait analysis, then moves through targeted pain relief, progressive loading and a structured return-to-running plan. Bring your training shoes to the first visit. We use modified activity rather than complete rest.

Baseball Injuries

Baseball injuries build throw by throw until the arm forces a stop. Repetitive overhead throwing concentrates stress in the shoulder and elbow. Watch for velocity drops, inner-elbow pain, joint looseness and loss of control. Our assessment compares the injured side to the healthy one and reads the whole kinetic chain. Overuse Injuries

Recovery moves in phases: pain management, strength restoration, root-cause correction, then graded return to activity. Tommy John Injury

A Tommy John injury damages the ulnar collateral ligament on the inner elbow. That ligament stabilizes the joint through every hard throw. Signs include inner-elbow pain, velocity loss, a loose elbow and tingling into the pinky. Our exam uses the moving valgus stress test plus stability and grip testing, with imaging through orthopedic partners. Non-surgical care runs four phases, from calming the elbow to a criteria-based throwing progression. Many athletes get back to throwing without surgery when the injury is caught early.

Hamstring Injury

A hamstring injury tears fibers when the muscle stretches past what it can handle. Sprinting, sudden direction changes and skipped warm-ups trigger most cases. Expect sharp pain in the back of the thigh, swelling, bruising and weakness. We grade the strain, then build a staged loading plan with lengthening-type strengthening, mobility work and gait retraining. Grade 1 strains improve within two weeks. Grade 2 takes several weeks. Clearance uses objective strength benchmarks, since a prior strain predicts reinjury better than anything else.

Sciatica

Sciatica is pain traveling the sciatic nerve from your low back into the leg. It is a symptom, not a diagnosis on its own. A herniated disc causes it most often, followed by stenosis, degenerative disc disease and spondylolisthesis. Our exam includes gait analysis, straight-leg raise testing, plus strength, reflex and flexibility checks. Treatment uses manual therapy, corrective exercise, gentle traction, heat and cold, dry needling and laser therapy. Many cases resolve in four to six weeks without injections or surgery.

Muscle Strains

A muscle strain is a tear in muscle fibers, often called a pulled muscle. The lower back and hamstrings take the most hits. Sprinting, twisting, overtraining and skipped warm-ups all cause them. Diagnosis starts with your story, then a hands-on exam of tenderness, strength and range of motion. Early care uses rest, ice, compression and elevation, followed by flexibility work, eccentric strengthening, manual therapy and sport-specific training. Return to play runs on real testing, not just feeling okay.

Spine Rehab

Spine rehab rebuilds the strength, mobility and confidence your back or neck lost. Most spine pain is mechanical, driven by everyday postures rather than one dramatic injury. We treat disc herniations, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, stenosis, work strains and post-surgical spine recovery. Every plan starts with a one-on-one evaluation of history, movement and strength. Care includes joint mobilization, myofascial release, core stabilization, movement re-education, a McKenzie-style approach and ergonomic coaching. Programs run four to six weeks. ACL Injury

An ACL injury is a sprain or tear of the ligament crossing the center of your knee. Cutting, hard decelerations and awkward landings cause most of them. A loud pop, fast swelling and a knee that gives way are the classic signs. We assess with the Lachman and pivot shift tests, coordinating imaging when needed. Not every ACL injury requires surgery, and every ACL injury requires rehabilitation. Return to sport usually takes nine to twelve months, decided by strength and functional testing.

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Post-surgical rehabilitation restores function, strength and mobility after an operation. Surgery fixed the structure, but your body still has to relearn how to move. Skipping this step invites stiffness, scar tissue, lingering pain and reinjury. Our program runs four phases: protection and healing in the first two weeks, mobility through week six, strength through week twelve, then return to function from month three. Care includes manual therapy, soft-tissue mobilization, progressive resistance work, gait and balance training, and surgeon-coordinated planning.

Pre-Surgical Rehabilitation

Pre-surgical rehabilitation, or prehab, builds strength and mobility before your operation. The stronger you go in, the better your body handles the physical stress of surgery. We work with joint replacement, cardiac, abdominal and cancer-related surgery patients. Your evaluation covers strength, range of motion, balance and mobility, plus your surgery details and goals. Programs combine aerobic work, resistance training, flexibility, balance, diaphragmatic breathing and inspiratory muscle training. Starting four to eight weeks before surgery gives the best results.

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy, also called photobiomodulation, uses red and near-infrared light between 630 and 700 nanometers to support healing. The light reaches your mitochondria, so cells make more energy and repair tissue faster. That drives collagen production, better circulation, calmer inflammation and new cell growth. We use it for muscle and joint discomfort, wound and scar healing, skin texture and hair thinning. Sessions feel like gentle warmth and need no recovery time. Most plans run one to three times weekly across several weeks.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy, or ESWT, sends high-energy acoustic pressure waves through the skin into injured tissue. Those waves trigger mechanotransduction, which grows new blood vessels, rebuilds collagen and can break down calcium deposits in calcified tendons. We use it for plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis and golfer’s elbow, jumper’s knee, shoulder and gluteal tendinopathy and shin splints. Sessions run 15 to 20 minutes, usually three to five visits about a week apart. Results often peak around 8 to 12 weeks.

Dry Needling

Dry needling places thin sterile needles directly into myofascial trigger points. Those trigger points sit in an energy crisis, short on blood and oxygen and unable to relax. Once the needle reaches the point, blood flow returns and the pain cycle starts to break, often with a local twitch response. We use it for neck and low back pain, sciatica, rotator cuff issues, tennis elbow, hamstring strains, calf tightness, headaches and TMJ pain. Nothing gets injected, which is exactly why it is called dry.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy uses suction cups that lift soft tissue and draw fresh blood into the area. The lift expands space between muscle layers and fascia, so circulation improves, tight bands relax and range of motion returns. Nerve stimulation also helps quiet pain signals. We use it for back and neck pain, shoulder tension, knee stiffness, sports injuries, headaches and post-workout soreness. Sessions run 15 minutes to an hour, with cups in place five to ten minutes. Cup marks fade within about a week.

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology tape is thin, stretchy and breathable, supporting muscles and joints while you keep moving. The tape stretches up to 140 percent of its length, then recoils and gently lifts the skin. That decompression shifts the local pressure gradient, so blood and lymphatic fluid move more freely and pain signals change. We tape for patellofemoral pain, IT band friction, Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, swelling and muscle re-education. Tape stays on three to five days, through showers and workouts.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy applies skilled, controlled pressure and movement to joints, muscles, ligaments and fascia. It works three ways. Touch blocks pain signals at the spinal cord, activates your natural pain-suppressing pathways and physically frees restricted tissue. Techniques include joint mobilization and manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active release and mobilization with movement. We use it for neck and low back pain, shoulder pain, cervicogenic headaches, tendinopathy, arthritis stiffness and post-surgical scar restrictions. Serious side effects are very rare.

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy uses focused light energy to stimulate healing inside the body. Low-level wavelengths pass through skin to reach the cells underneath, boosting cellular energy production. That speeds tissue repair, reduces swelling and turns down pain signals. We use it for back, neck and shoulder pain, arthritis, tendinitis, bursitis, sprains, strains, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica and slow-healing wounds. Treatment takes only a few minutes and works best as a short series. Most people feel nothing beyond mild soothing warmth.

IV Therapy

IV therapy delivers hydration and targeted nutrients straight into your bloodstream through a small drip. Bypassing digestion gives close to 100% absorption, far above oral vitamins. We use it for low energy, fatigue, dehydration, immune support, muscle soreness, slow workout recovery, brain fog, jet lag and burnout. Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)

Blood flow restriction training uses a calibrated cuff on the arm or thigh to partially limit blood flow while you exercise. Arterial blood still enters while venous outflow slows, so metabolites build and oxygen drops in the working muscle. That signals strength and growth adaptation at just 20 to 40 percent of your one-rep max. We use BFR after ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair and other surgeries, plus arthritis, joint pain, disuse atrophy and in-season maintenance. More results from less load.

Infrared Sauna

An infrared sauna warms your body directly with infrared light instead of heating the air around you. Blood vessels widen, heart rate rises and you sweat deeply at a lower cabin temperature. Ours runs roughly 110 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit, so the air stays easy to breathe. Athletes use it for muscle soreness, chronic pain, arthritis and fibromyalgia symptoms, stress, sleep quality and cardiovascular function. Sessions last 30 to 40 minutes, a few times each week.

Firefly Recovery

Firefly Recovery is a wearable device that speeds muscle recovery with gentle neuromuscular electrical stimulation. Worn just below the knee over the peroneal nerve, it sends painless pulses that create a light flutter in the foot and calf. That activates your natural muscle pump and lifts circulation by up to 400%, flushing lactate while delivering oxygen. More than 700 professional and collegiate teams use it. EMTT Therapy

EMTT, or extracorporeal magnetotransduction therapy, uses high-energy electromagnetic pulses to stimulate healing deep inside tissue. Oscillating pulses at 100 to 300 kilohertz influence cell membrane activity, improve circulation, modulate inflammation and encourage tendon, ligament and joint regeneration. PEMF Therapy

PEMF therapy sends gentle low-frequency electromagnetic pulses into your tissues without skin contact or medication. The pulses open channels in cell membranes so calcium ions flow in and signal cells to repair, grow and manage inflammation. Nitric oxide release, higher cellular energy and growth factor production follow. Scraping always pairs with movement and strengthening, never on its own.

Cold Therapy

Cold therapy, also called cryotherapy, uses controlled cooling to calm pain, slow swelling and ease inflammation. Skin temperature drops, pain-signaling nerve activity slows and local blood vessels constrict. We match the method to the injury using ice and gel packs, cold compression systems, motorized units, ice massage and cold wraps. It suits sprains, strains, acute sports injuries, post-surgical swelling, runner’s knee, tendinitis, arthritis pain and post-workout soreness. Apply for 10 to 20 minutes at a time, several times daily.

Compression Flossing

Compression flossing wraps a wide latex band firmly around a joint or muscle, then you move through full range of motion before the band comes off. Pressure briefly restricts blood flow, and the rush back afterward resets stiff joints. We floss ankles, calves, knees, quads, hamstrings, elbows and shoulders for limited range, tightness and delayed-onset soreness. Dosing stays specific: 30 seconds to two minutes of movement, roughly 50 percent overlap and no more than 50 percent stretch. Use it before or after activity.

ACL Rehab

Our ACL rehab program rebuilds strength, restores range of motion and proves your knee is ready before you push it. Four criterion-based phases move you forward on testing, not elapsed weeks. Phase one protects the graft and restores full extension. Phase two rebuilds quad and hamstring strength. Phase three adds running, jumping and plyometrics. Phase four covers agility, cutting and return-to-sport testing. Clearance needs at least 90% strength symmetry. We track psychological readiness too, since fear of reinjury stops many athletes.

Shiftwave Therapy

Shift Wave therapy calms and rebalances your nervous system using pulsed pressure waves, guided breathwork and immersive audio.
