Meet Dr. Jaime Mor

Dr. Jaime Mor is a movement expert and a licensed Performance Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer practicing in the Philadelphia suburbs. He founded Rehabletics.

He treats athletic pain, orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries, and injury prevention. He also handles the part most clinics stop short of: sports performance integration and return to sport.

Rehabletics started with his own injuries. As an athlete who faced career-altering injuries, he saw the gaps in traditional physical therapy firsthand and built the clinic so other athletes would not hit the same walls.

Since 2013 he has worked across the lifespan in clinical orthopedics, sports performance, and on the sidelines. The goal with every person he treats stays the same: movement optimization, a real functional strength baseline, and foundational movement patterns that hold up.

He is also an international educator. His promise is an honest lens on pain and movement, and his views often differ from the traditional way of thinking and treating, with the same positive outcomes.

Education and Professional Credentials

Dr. Jaime Mor’s credentials cover three roles: clinician, athletic trainer, and educator. Each one is listed below.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (PT, DPT)

Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)

Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey

Founder of Rehabletics

Pro Sports Consultant, Philadelphia Eagles & Flyers

International Physical Therapy Educator

Who Dr. Jaime Mor Works With

Dr. Jaime Mor treats athletes across the lifespan, from youth athletes to active adults. Every client receives 1:1 attention, a full evaluation, and a personalized success plan.

Athletes Living With Unexplained Pain

Athletic pain is Dr. Jaime Mor’s first listed specialty. He gives you an honest lens on the pain and the movement behind it, even when that view breaks from the traditional one.

Orthopedic and Musculoskeletal Injuries

Orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries sit at the center of his caseload. Treatment targets foundational movement patterns and a functional strength baseline, not the painful spot alone.

Youth and Developing Athletes

Rehabletics treats athletes from youth level upward. Young athletes get the same 1:1 attention and the same full evaluation as every other client in the building.

Post-Operative Patients

Post-operative rehabilitation is one of three specialized services at Rehabletics, alongside injury prevention and athletic development. Objective measures from the sports science lab guide each decision.

Teams, Colleges, and High Schools

Rehabletics works closely with local professional teams, college athletes, and high schools on season-specific strategies and recovery programs. Dr. Jaime Mor also consults for the Philadelphia Eagles and Flyers.

Active Adults

Active adults train alongside Division I athletes here. Past results range from returning a Division 1 baseball pitcher to the mound to helping active adults hit their fitness goals.

A Performance-Focused Approach to Physical Therapy

Dr. Jaime Mor runs the same four stages with every person he treats.

Get an Honest Read on the Pain

Look at pain through a clear lens first. Dr. Jaime Mor tells you what is actually driving it, even when that contradicts a previous explanation.

Check the Foundational Movement Patterns

Screen how you squat, hinge, land, and rotate. Bad patterns under load create the injury, and they show up long before the pain does.

Build the Functional Strength Baseline

Establish a strength floor that supports your sport. Without that baseline, every return-to-sport plan is built on sand.

Integrate Performance and Return to Sport

Blend rehab into performance training instead of stopping at pain relief. Objective measures from the sports science lab guide the decision.

Human performance and movement optimization is the goal with every human he works with.

How Dr. Jaime Mor Helps Athletes Recover

Dr. Jaime Mor’s athletes get the full Rehabletics recovery system alongside his hands-on work. Each of these eight tools is matched to a specific problem.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is hands-on joint mobilization. Dr. Jaime Mor uses it to address the root cause of restricted movement, not the symptom on the surface.

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy sends focused light energy into cells to speed tissue repair. It is drug-free with no downtime, so athletes train the same day.

EMTT Therapy

EMTT sends high-energy electromagnetic pulses deep into tissue. It targets tendon and joint cases where rest, medication, or injections never delivered lasting relief.

PEMF Therapy

PEMF delivers low-frequency electromagnetic pulses that switch cells into repair mode. It supports post-surgical recovery, muscle strains, and slow-healing bone injuries.

Compression Flossing

A latex band compresses a joint while the athlete moves through full range. Blood floods back on release, resetting a stiff joint before training.

Cold Therapy

Cold therapy narrows blood vessels and slows pain signals. Athletes use it for sprains, acute sports injuries, and post-workout muscle fatigue.

Firefly Recovery

Firefly stimulates the peroneal nerve to pump the calf muscles. Blood flow rises up to 400 percent, flushing metabolic waste between sessions.

Shift Wave

Shift Wave uses pressure waves, guided breathing, and sound to calm the nervous system. Athletes downshift after hard training and recover faster.

Your First Session With Dr. Jaime Mor

Your first visit with Dr. Jaime Mor is a full evaluation with 1:1 attention. No rushed intake, no generic handout.

Top three things I loved about Rehabletics Sports Physical Therapy were the friendly care, clear treatment plan, and personal attention. I came in dealing with an injury and left feeling stronger, more confident, and better prepared to get back to my normal activities. The support made the recovery process much easier.

The one on one care, practical exercises, and focus on returning to sport made this feel different from other physical therapy experiences, and the progress was worth the extra money. I sprained my ankle badly before field hockey season. Rehabletics set up Return to Sport Physical Therapy plan that fit around practice schedule and even used force plates to clearly see my strength side to side when others just guessing. They are the best!

We’ve had a great experience with Rehabletics and Erik Bonn and Jamie Mor. Erik has been extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and thoughtful throughout Ryan’s rehab. He takes the time to understand what is going on, pays attention to the details, and adjusts the plan based on how Ryan is progressing rather than just following a standard protocol. Just as importantly, Erik has been great about communicating with us and explaining the reasoning behind what they are working on. Ryan has had a long and complicated recovery, and we’ve really appreciated having someone who is patient, invested, and focused on getting him back to performing at a high level safely. I would highly recommend Jamie, Erik and Rehabletics, especially for athletes working their way back from an injury or surgery.

Came in to Rehableticas after suffering a back injury while squatting in the gym. Dr. Erik got me all fixed up in a few session. He diagnosed my problem quickly and gave me homework exercises to work on. I was back to squatting pain free a few weeks later. Definitely would recommend Rehabletics for any sport related injury.

After a running injury kept me off the trail for months, the team at Rehabletics Sports Physical Therapy gave me a clear rehab plan and used manual therapy and a force plate analysis. My therapist Jake focused on strength and gait work, and I felt stronger after each session, which is something I hadn’t experienced at other clinics. The progress was fast enough that I was back on the trail within six weeks and my race times have actually improved. Even though I have to drive a bit, the results make it worth the travel and I’ll definitely come back for my next performance assessment.

After my knee sprain I was unsure if I could run again, but the team at Rehabletics Sports Physical Therapy gave me a clear rehab plan and I’m back to my jogs pain free. The one on one care from my therapist, along with the force plate assessments, felt more precise than any other clinic I’ve visited. The short drive was worth it because I’m returning to sport faster than I expected.

After a running injury in left hip, the team at Rehabletics Sports Physical Therapy gave me focused ACL physical therapy and manual therapy as part of their sports physical therapy program. I felt steady progress each visit and was able to run again without pain. I liked how the therapist explained each exercise and tracked my recovery.
