Typical Plan Length
It is hard to put an average when every athlete is different. Different goals, different needs, different wants. Different long term plan.
On average 6 to 12 weeks, depending on your injury, timeline, and goals.
We’ll reevaluate progress and adjust your plan as needed. Because every week matters.
